Dessert from snow. Yes snow.

Living in California has it's benefits but where I am from we unfortunately do not receive the blessings of snow. So for all of you who do get to witness snow on a regular basis I give you this! Surfing the iterwebs (the family kitchen on this morning I stumbled across this little gem of a recipe. With a little bit of snow, eggnog, and a few other ingredients you can have a very delectable dessert.

Eggnog Snow Cream Recipe:
1/2 cup eggnog
1/8 cup sugar
4tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 cups of fresh snow
Mix the eggnog, sugar and vanilla together until the sugar dissolves. Then mix with 4 cups of snow, adding 1 cup of snow at a time & mix until you get a thick consistency. Add some cinnamon if you wish!
